Job summary

Aviso, LLC is seeking an entry-level Recruiter to join a fast-paced, collaborative team. You will support the full recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on building candidate pipelines and timely communication.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of recruiting experience, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment. This role offers growth opportunities and exposure to a variety of hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of one year of recruiting experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates via phone, text, email, and video.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct candidate prescreens to evaluate experience, skills, availability, and fit.
• Maintain consistent candidate outreach and follow-up throughout the process.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews and communicate details and updates.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Present qualified candidates for open positions and follow up on status.
