We're seeking a dynamic Fractional Senior Recruiter to join our team and drive strategic hiring initiatives on a flexible, part-time basis. In this role, you'll leverage your extensive recruiting expertise to identify top talent, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and streamline hiring processes using cutting-edge HR systems. Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple industries, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), research techniques, and talent management software to identify high-potential candidates.
• Conduct thorough interviewing processes, assessing technical skills, cultural fit, and employment law compliance to select the best talent.
• Manage relationships with clients and candidates through effective communication skills, negotiation, and relationship management practices.
• Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as Kenexa BrassRing or UltiPro to track applicant progress, maintain accurate records, and generate lead generation reports.
• Collaborate on HR sourcing initiatives like campus recruitment, employee orientation programs, and succession planning to support organizational growth.
• Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations while maintaining high standards of HR legal compliance in all recruiting activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, external recruiting, and high-volume recruitment environments.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies including technical recruiting, HR systems, and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Excellent negotiation skills paired with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Familiarity with HR legal compliance, employment law in talent management, and employee relations practices.
• Proficiency in talent management software such as UltiPro or Kenexa BrassRing; experience with ATS platforms is essential.
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging candidates via cold calling, lead generation efforts, and social media marketing (recruitment).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
• Knowledge of HR legal compliance standards related to employment & labor law; experience with employee evaluation and employee orientation processes is preferred.

Compensation & Work Arrangement

• Pay: $106,487.66 - $126,200.20 per year
