Job summary

Acara Solutions, a global workforce solutions leader, is seeking an HR Recruiting Assistant for a client in Mount Holly Springs, PA. This role is remote with a preference for Eastern Time Zone candidates, as you will support an EST-based team.

The position focuses more on recruiting than HR admin, offering exposure to full-cycle recruiting and collaboration with HR business partners. Rate up to $30/hr, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• High school diploma.
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviews, communication, disposition).
• Experience conducting initial candidate screens and evaluating qualifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a professional candidate experience.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and recruiting team members.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System; Workday Recruiting is a plus.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently with guidance and escalate challenges when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Partner with HRBPs to understand position requirements, candidate profiles, hiring priorities, and recruiting timelines.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screens to assess experience, qualifications, career interests, compensation expectations, and alignment with position requirements.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
• Coordinate interviews and help ensure timely feedback and follow-up.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system.
• Provide hiring managers and HR partners with regular updates on recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and potential hiring challenges.
• Ensure recruiting practices are consistent, professional, and compliant with applicable employment requirements and company practices.
