Job summary

RECSEEKERS is seeking a Recruitment Administrator for a remote role across EMEA. Youll own the admin and CRM side, ensuring data integrity in HubSpot, tracking candidates and clients, and supporting the desk to keep conversations moving forward.

You should be highly organized, a strong communicator, and comfortable engaging with people regularly. This is not a passive role; you will be trusted to run processes end-to-end from day one.

Qualifications

• Keeps data clean and structured in HubSpot.
• Communicates regularly with candidates and clients.
• Proactively moves conversations forward and supports process flow.

Responsibilities

• Work inside HubSpot daily, keeping data clean and up to date.
• Manage candidate and client data so nothing gets lost.
• Support outreach, follow ups and general communication.
• Help keep live processes moving smoothly behind the scenes.
• Spot gaps, fix problems early and improve operations.
