Job summary

hireneXus is seeking a full-time Recruiting Associate for a 100% remote role with Central time hours. You will schedule interviews, coordinate with Account Executives and Project Coordinators, and perform candidate research to support executive searches.

The position offers growth into Project Coordinator and Account Executive roles based on performance. Responsibilities include calendar management, candidate sourcing, CRM upkeep, and presenting top candidates to the team.

Qualifications

• Recent grad or 1 year in recruiting, scheduling, sales, customer service, or admin support.
• Recruiting or staffing experience is a plus
• Comfort with phone calls and handling rejection
• Clear, professional writing and speaking voice
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Comfort with CRM and Zoom tools
• Self-motivated and reliable while working from home
• Curiosity about recruiting, sales, and business relationships
• Interest in growing with a small firm long-term

Responsibilities

• Schedule and set interviews between clients and candidates.
• Set appointments for Account Executives with candidates and client contacts.
• Reach out by email, text, or phone for fastest responses.
• Send calendar invites with Zoom links.
• Handle reschedules and cancellations professionally.
• Maintain CRM accuracy with notes and next steps.
• Research and source candidates for active projects.
• Match candidates to search needs.
• Present candidates to the Account Executive or Project Coordinator.
