Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in the US. This 3-month contract role focuses on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent with emphasis on full-cycle recruiting across manufacturing and engineering.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, fluency in English, and the ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Travel up to 10%.
• Fluency in English (written & verbal).

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for complex searches across business, manufacturing, and engineering.
• Create comprehensive sourcing and engagement strategies to attract top talent.
• Proactively identify gaps in recruiting operations and craft solutions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders in recruiting, HR, Total Rewards, Diversity, etc.
• Leverage data to influence recruiting strategy and hiring decisions.
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support EH&S requirements.

Compensation: $30.00 - $32.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm/8am-5pm

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Fluency in English Language - written & verbal

• Strong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
