Ladders is seeking a Recruiting Operations Lead to own the backbone of our talent function. You will build scalable recruiting processes, systems, and reporting from the ground up, partnering with Recruiting, Finance, and leadership to drive hiring velocity and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruiting operations, HR technology, or business systems administration, preferably with Ashby ATS experience.
• Ability to build processes from the ground up in a new talent function.
• Strong analytical skills to identify impactful metrics and build dashboards.
• Systems thinking to understand workflow changes and their downstream effects.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Own the configuration and data hygiene of the ATS end-to-end.
• Build comprehensive reporting layers for metrics like time-to-fill and hiring velocity.
• Design and document repeatable hiring workflows for scalability.
• Coordinate closely with the Recruiting Coordinator for scheduling and logistics.
• Identify and implement AI and automation tools to streamline candidate processes.
• Standardize the candidate experience across corporate and portfolio company searches.
• Collaborate with the VP of Talent and Finance on headcount planning and legal processes.
• Ensure clean data integration across all hiring activities.
