Job summary

NextPlay Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to keep interviews moving from screening to offer. This full-time, fully remote role supports multiple clients and time zones, handling scheduling, confirmations, and candidate communication.

You will manage calendars, maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS, post and refresh job listings, collect feedback, and prepare offer letters.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in recruiting coordination or related roles
• Strong calendar organization across multiple time zones
• Clear, warm communication via phone, email, and chat
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and spreadsheets
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Quiet home workspace with reliable internet
• Authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews across several time zones
• Send confirmations, reminders, and prep details to candidates and hiring managers
• Keep candidate records, stages, and notes current in our ATS
• Post and refresh job listings on the boards we use
• Collect feedback after each interview and move candidates to the next step
• Prepare offer letters and new-hire paperwork from templates
• Answer candidate questions about timing and next steps
