Job summary

Designer Brands in Columbus, OH is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support all phases of the recruitment process, including posting jobs, tracking candidates, and onboarding logistics. You will manage ADP ATS workflows, maintain detailed open-position reporting, and assist with I-9 verifications, vendor setup, and reimbursement processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting coordination or related HR support role.
• Experience supporting recruitment processes in an ATS.
• Experience coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or business or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support all processes within our ADP applicant tracking system – including job postings, candidate movement through the pipeline, background check initiation, and offer delivery.
• Maintain detailed recruiting team reporting for all open positions documenting external hires, internal transfers and/or promotions.
• Complete all administrative processes for requesting job codes and position codes; submit ASFs if needed.
• Finalize I-9 identification verification process for all corporate new hires.
• Administer contractor hiring processes – updating contractor contracts and initiating system setup.
• Support sourcing, screening, and identifying applicants for review by recruiter and hiring manager.
• Schedule interviews and create interview agendas.
• Create Compensation Worksheet for all open positions and provide to the assigned recruiter and HRBP.
• Prepare Total Rewards Statement and share with recruiter and Compensation team.
