Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
• Experience managing multiple open positions across roles.
• Familiar with HR practices and employment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for positions across the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and profiles.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions and postings.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate offers.
