Job summary

ScaleJet is looking for a Recruiter to join our fully remote team from Ukraine. You will identify and engage qualified candidates, maintain candidate databases, and coordinate interviews while supporting the recruitment team with reporting and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in recruitment, proven remote work experience, excellent English communication, and familiarity with modern recruiting tools. A results-oriented mindset and proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in recruitment.
• Experience working remotely.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Experience with modern recruiting programs and tools.
• Results-oriented with a proactive approach to getting things done.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential candidates on social and professional networks.
• Identify profiles of qualified candidates using various search methods.
• Develop new search channels for future recruitment needs.
• Maintain a database of candidates.
• Communicate with candidates and organize interviews.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and work cooperatively with them.
• Provide reporting.
