Job summary

ScaleJet is seeking a proactive HR Specialist for a full-time remote role in the United States. You will drive full-cycle recruitment, support People Operations, and collaborate with hiring managers to build a high-performing team.

You will source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networks, manage onboarding/offboarding, and help shape HR policies and employer branding for a fast-growing eCommerce organization operating across global marketplaces.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment and People Operations.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to interview coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networks; direct outreach.
• Enhance candidate experience and onboard/offboard processes.
• Maintain HR records and support HR policies and initiatives.
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing.
