Job summary

WorkBetterNow is hiring a Recruiter to attract top talent for United States–based companies while working fully remote from LATAM. You will post jobs, source and screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate communications to deliver a smooth, professional experience.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in recruitment or HR, excellent English, strong organization, and a proactive, people-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Assist with job posting and advertising on various online platforms, job boards, and social media channels.
• Source and screen resumes/CVs to identify qualified candidates for open positions, conducting initial phone screens as needed.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
• Prepare interview materials and logistics, including interview schedules, candidate assessments, and video conference setups.
• Assist with candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, feedback, and guidance as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, tracking progress and status changes.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
