Job summary

onX is hiring a Recruiter / Sourcer (6-Month Fixed-Term) to drive full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing in a remote capacity within eligible onX Basecamp regions in the Pacific or Mountain time zones. You will manage assigned searches end-to-end and collaborate with teammates to deliver strong candidate pipelines and hiring momentum.

We seek a resourceful recruiting professional with 4+ years of full-cycle experience, proven success in technical/product roles, and comfort using AI tools

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house at a tech company.
• Experience recruiting for technical and product-focused roles (software/product/hardware).
• Proven ability to proactively identify hard-to-find talent with creative sourcing.
• Capable of managing multiple full-cycle requisitions while sourcing for others.
• Skilled at partnering with hiring managers and providing market insights.
• Hands-on with modern ATS tools and AI-enabled recruiting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned searches using market insights.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing and outreach.
• Own pipeline development, identify gaps, and adjust approaches to improve results.
• Conduct candidate conversations to assess qualifications, motivations, and fit.
• Independently manage requisitions from intake through offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with other recruiters to own defined sourcing workstreams for priority searches.
• Balance multiple requisitions with sourcing, screening, coordination, and other tasks.
• Identify and resolve recruiting challenges, escalating as needed.
• Make informed decisions within workstreams to balance speed and quality.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements and hiring priorities.
• Share talent market insights and candidate feedback to guide decisions.
• Communicate proactively with candidates and teams, maintaining a high-quality experience.
• Use AI tools to enhance sourcing, research, and recruiting workflows.
