Job summary

onX is seeking a Recruiter / Sourcer for a 6-month fixed-term remote role. You will drive full-cycle recruiting, build talent pipelines across our Hunt, Offroad, Backcountry, and Fish verticals, and independently own requisitions from intake to offer.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in software or hardware companies.
• Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines and hiring momentum.
• Experience sourcing hard-to-find talent and passive candidates.
• Strong collaboration with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with modern ATS platforms and AI-assisted sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full-cycle requisitions from intake to offer.
• Own sourcing workstreams for priority searches and build pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements and hiring priorities.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance candidate research and outreach.
• Maintain a high-quality candidate experience and timely communication.
