Job summary

Addison Group in Chicago is seeking a Tech Recruiter to support experienced-hire recruiting with a focus on technical roles. You will manage multiple openings, source candidates proactively, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate recruiting activities in partnership with hiring managers.

The role requires 1–4 years in talent acquisition, strong communication, and multi-channel sourcing skills. This hybrid position offers on-site work 2–3 days weekly and a collaborative Talent Acquisition

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in professional services, staffing agencies, technology, or IT.
• Experience sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple channels.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and employees at varying levels.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Experience sourcing for technical positions.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage qualified candidates for technical and specialized openings.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate experience and fit.
• Manage multiple active requisitions toward hiring goals and timelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and market research.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in ATS.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely candidate communication.
• Gather interview feedback and move candidates through recruitment stages.
• Provide hiring teams with updates on pipelines and activity.
• Track recruiting metrics and report progress to stakeholders.
• Support offer discussions and manage candidate expectations.
• Develop relationships with recruiting partners and business leaders.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
