Dexterra Group is seeking a talented recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for hospitality, trades, and labour roles in the United States. You will screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, manage offer letters, coordinate onboarding, and track candidates in Smart Recruiters.

We value a bilingual English/Spanish candidate with MS Office proficiency and at least 3+ years in high-volume recruiting. Hybrid/remote work and a path to full-time hire are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• HR diploma is an asset.
• Fluent bilingual English/Spanish; proficient in Microsoft Office.
