Job summary

Invesp is seeking a hands-on Recruiting & HR Generalist to own hiring and people operations for our US teams. You will build job posts, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

You’ll also onboard new hires, manage contracts, handle HR inquiries, and keep payroll and handbook up to date, collaborating with sales and technical hiring across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in an agency or a small company where you ran hiring.
• Experience hiring for sales and technical roles.
• Recruitment across more than one country.
• Excellent written English for candidate emails and job posts.
• HR generalist tasks such as onboarding and employee questions.

Responsibilities

• Write job posts and post them on LinkedIn and relevant boards.
• Find candidates yourself on LinkedIn and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct first-round calls.
• Set up interviews with hiring managers and keep candidates updated.
• Run reference and background checks and manage offers.
