Job summary

InvenSense, based in San Jose, CA, is seeking a Full cycle Staffing Recruiter on a 6-month contract to support US-based hiring in a hybrid environment. You will run full-cycle recruiting for technical and corporate roles, partner with managers, source candidates, screen and coordinate interviews, manage Taleo workflows, and drive offers and onboarding with HR.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for US-based technical and corporate roles (semiconductor, hardware, or engineering) preferred.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter for passive candidate sourcing.
• Experience managing requisitions and candidate workflows in Taleo.
• Strong organization and ability to coordinate virtual/in-person interviews.
• Clear communication and discretion with confidential information.

Job description

InvenSense is hiring a Full cycle Staffing Recruiter for a 6-month contract to support US-based hiring in San Jose, CA (hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for assigned US-based positions, partnering with hiring managers to confirm role requirements and align on candidate profiles and interview approaches
• Build and execute recruiting plans, coordinating hiring activities to keep requisitions on track
• Source and engage candidates proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, applicant pipelines, referrals, and other suitable channels
• Review applications and conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate qualifications, interest, compensation expectations, and availability
• Manage requisitions and candidate workflow in Taleo, including job postings, applicant status updates, interview documentation, and requisition closure
• Coordinate interview logistics using Microsoft Teams and in-person formats, including scheduling, agendas, candidate communications, and onsite coordination
• Lead recruiting huddles and candidate debriefs with hiring teams, collect timely feedback, and drive decisions and next steps
• Provide regular updates on recruiting progress, pipeline activity, hiring challenges, and outstanding actions; recommend search adjustments when needed
• Initiate and coordinate the offer process with HR and hiring managers, ensuring required information and approvals are complete prior to extending offers
• Extend approved offers, respond to candidate questions, and coordinate offer discussions and acceptance in partnership with HR
• Maintain candidate communication through start dates and support preboarding, onboarding coordination, and new hire orientation as needed
• Follow established recruiting processes and maintain accurate, confidential candidate records

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with the ability to independently manage multiple searches from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Experience recruiting for US-based technical and corporate roles; semiconductor, hardware, or engineering recruiting experience preferred
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, including translating hiring manager requirements into sourcing and screening criteria
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage passive candidates
• Experience managing requisitions and candidate workflows in an applicant tracking system; Taleo Business edition experience preferred
• Strong organization and follow-through, including experience coordinating virtual and in-person interviews with multiple participants
• Clear communication skills and ability to lead hiring discussions, secure timely feedback, and keep stakeholders informed
• Good judgment, attention to detail, and discretion when handling confidential candidate and compensation information
