Job summary

Integra Healthcare Equipment, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our Human Resources team and manage the full-cycle recruiting process.

This role partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, attract qualified candidates, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, facilitate offers, and support onboarding. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive recruiter who builds relationships, manages multiple priorities, and finds creative solutions for hard-to-fill

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting process from requisition through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networks, referrals, events, and community resources.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and managers.
• Provide hiring managers with qualified candidate recommendations and screening information.
• Develop targeted recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
• Manage job postings and candidate activity within the ATS.
• Facilitate offer letters and track pre-employment requirements (background checks, drug testing, etc.).
• Keep candidates and hiring managers informed throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and candidate statuses.
• Assist with recruiting events and partnerships.
