Job summary

Marathon TS is seeking an Internal Recruiter/HR Generalist to manage full-cycle recruiting and support onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations. You will be the core contact for employees and managers, helping attract top talent and foster a compliant, engaging workplace culture.

The role requires 3–5 years in talent acquisition or HR, proficiency with ATS/HRIS, and knowledge of I-9 and EEO requirements. This remote position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a combined HR/recruiting role.
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer.
• Proficiency with at least one ATS platform and HRIS system.
• Working knowledge of employment law, I-9 requirements and EEO compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, from intake meeting through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics and candidate profiles.
• Write, post and maintain job announcements across appropriate platforms and job boards.
• Source and attract candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks and referrals.
• Review resumes and conduct phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
