Job summary

Verisma-Systems-In is seeking a remote Recruiter to support high-volume staffing across multiple locations. You will source and screen applicants, maintain ATS records, and partner with leaders and staffing partners to fill openings efficiently.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews by phone, video, or in person; posting jobs; supporting onboarding; and upholding Verisma’s core values while protecting confidential information and delivering timely updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience managing the hiring process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen applicants for Verisma’s growing workforce.
• Maintain applicant and hiring records in ATS.
• Work with company leaders regarding recruiting needs and process updates.
• Coordinate and conduct in-person, phone and video interviews with documentation.
• Utilize technology in support of recruitment initiatives within multiple systems.
• Coordinate pre-employment references, background checks and drug screening; prepare offer letters.
• Prepare and post job postings to attract applicants.
• Contribute to weekly recruiting meetings with pipeline updates and strategies.
• Facilitate onboarding with Recruiting, IT and Training departments to ensure smooth transitions.
• Promote a positive company culture and Verisma’s Core Values.
