Job summary

Velsera is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our hiring efforts across the US and EMEA. This remote role requires willingness to work US-based hours and 2+ years of recruitment experience.

You will coordinate interviews across time zones, manage candidate communications and ATS data, and partner with People Operations to improve recruitment processes. A 6-month assignment with potential to transition to a permanent role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment coordination or related experience.
• Experience supporting hiring across multiple time zones.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment systems.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across US and UK time zones.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
• Schedule interviews, feedback sessions, and team meetings.
• Maintain ATS candidate records and processes.
• Assist with offer generation and onboarding.
• Partner with HR, Legal, IT on hiring initiatives.
• Produce recruitment dashboards and track hiring trends.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and data integrity.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
