Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for customer service and call center roles. This remote position supports class-based hiring with monthly targets and travel to assigned offices as needed.

The successful candidate will build pipelines, conduct structured phone screens, coordinate interviews, and partner with hiring managers and operations to meet staffing goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-volume or call center recruiting environment.
• Experience recruiting for customer service, contact center, or other class-based hiring programs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage candidate pipelines and meet recurring hiring targets.
• Experience conducting phone screens and evaluating communication skills, customer service aptitude, and job fit.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Consultative communication style with the ability to influence hiring decisions and advise hiring managers.
• Ability to work independently in a remote recruiting environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume call center and customer service positions, from candidate sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Support class-based hiring schedules and consistently meet monthly hiring targets of 18 or more placements.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants for upcoming training classes.
• Source candidates through job boards, online databases, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct structured phone screens to evaluate customer service aptitude, communication skills, experience, and overall role fit.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate timely candidate movement through each stage of the recruiting process.
• Partner with hiring managers, Operations, and Learning & Development (L&D) to understand hiring demand, class requirements, and candidate readiness.
• Present qualified candidates and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Provide consultative guidance on candidate availability, recruiting progress, and market conditions.
• Assist with compensation discussions, offer negotiations, and candidate expectations.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, and pipeline information within recruiting systems.
• Manage multiple recruiting requests and changing priorities while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
