Job summary

Sagility is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support high-volume telesales hiring by identifying, screening, and advancing qualified candidates. You will partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to maintain a strong pipeline and deliver a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for call center, customer service, or telesales.
• Strong interviewing and candidate screening skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience using an ATS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Review applications and evaluate against established hiring criteria.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit.
• Present qualified candidates to the appropriate hiring team for next steps.
• Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure all recruiting activities are completed within established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs.
• Respond to candidate questions and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and operations leaders to support hiring priorities.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and productivity goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and hiring guidelines.
