Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of recruiter or talent acquisition experience.
• Client- and candidate-facing background required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Analytical and data-driven approach with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Confirm candidate availability and coordinate interview schedules.
• Manage client communication and requisitions in Zendesk and Workday.
• Update internal databases and candidate records accurately.
• Engage candidates throughout the matchmaking process and send matches to clients.
• Coordinate multi-candidate interviews and attend daily huddles.
