Job summary

Job Duck, a US-based recruitment firm, is hiring a virtual Candidate Pipeline Coordinator to keep the talent pipeline organized from sourcing to handoff. You will screen candidates, maintain records, coordinate communications, and prepare candidates for client recruiter review while serving as the operational link between Talent Sourcers, recruiters, and candidates.

This role suits detail-oriented and organized individuals who can manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or other high-volume, detail-heavy roles.
Experience working in an ATS, CRM, or candidate database is required.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience supporting a remote or distributed recruiting team is preferred.
Familiarity with reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, and Workday reports is preferred.
Exposure to workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, and ATS triggers is preferred.
Experience in staffing, BPO, or talent marketplace operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Keep the talent pipeline organized, accurate, and moving smoothly from sourcing through candidate handoff.
Screen candidates and maintain clean candidate records.
Coordinate communication and prepare candidates for client recruiter review.
Serve as a key operational connection between Talent Sourcers, client recruiters, and candidates.
Ensure every profile is complete, current, and ready for the next step.
