Job summary

Apptegy is seeking a remote Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for Go-to-Market, Product, and Engineering roles. You will build strong candidate pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and drive a high-quality candidate experience while integrating AI into sourcing and processes.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of recruiting experience in a SaaS/tech environment, with comfort working in a 100% remote setting across time zones. Onboarding travel to Little Rock may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience or equivalent sourcer experience
• Experience recruiting in SaaS/tech environments
• Experience supporting go-to-market roles such as Sales and Client Success
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches and stay organized

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting processes from intake through offer for assigned roles
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and interview plans
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
• Build pipelines for go-to-market roles and corporate functions
• Develop early career pipelines through campus partnerships
• Conduct thoughtful candidate screens assessing skills and motivation
• Deliver a clear, responsive candidate experience throughout the process
• Coordinate with interview teams for structured, timely decisions
• Use data to identify gaps and improve recruiting processes
• Explore AI tools to improve sourcing, research, and scheduling
