International Recruiting LLC is seeking a proactive Recruiter to build and maintain candidate pipelines for Semiconductor, AI, and Biotech roles. You will map talent pools, engage passive candidates, and screen via CV reviews and virtual interviews.

The role requires coordinating interviews and delivering market insights to clients. The position offers fully remote work, a competitive salary with commissions, and opportunities for long-term partnerships with North American and APAC clients.

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting experience in Semiconductor, AI and Biotech industries.
• Knowledge of North American and APAC recruitment markets.
• Highly proactive, target-driven, results-oriented environment.
• Familiar with talent and hiring needs in target industries.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via LinkedIn and online channels to build strong pipelines.
• Map target companies and talent pools for key roles.
• Engage candidates through personalized outreach and follow-up.
• Screen candidates via CV review and virtual interviews for skills and fit.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and maintain updates in ATS/CRM tools.
• Share market and talent insights with the team and clients.
