Qualifications

• Staffing agency experience required.
• Proven experience managing both client development and candidate recruitment.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding placement goals and revenue targets.
• Strong relationship-building with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• New business development to bring in and retain clients.
• Recruitment using our tech stack including Jax to match candidates to roles.
• Lead with kindness and respect in all interactions.
