Qualifications

• Experience sourcing leaders and managing high-volume roles.
• Strong interview and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Sources, screens, interviews and refers candidates to hiring manager.
• Develops effective working relationships with staffing agencies and HR partners.
• Manages staffing issues of moderate scope with data analysis.
• Ensures compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting.
• Promotes the organization as an employer of choice.
