Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to manage regional openings with urgency, triage urgent requests, and support hiring managers to drive requisitions forward. You will build relationships with candidates, teams, and leadership while maintaining strong ATS discipline and an inclusive, candidate-centered approach.

In this role you will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely hiring outcomes, optimize processes, and contribute to campus partnerships and market events

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruiter role.

Responsibilities

• Manage job openings within a designated region and function with urgency and focus.
• Drive requisitions forward without losing momentum or quality.
• Proactively remove roadblocks and keep processes moving.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to support hiring outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Deliver a smooth, positive candidate experience and communicate clearly throughout the process.
