CLEAResult is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support our people team's recruitment efforts. This remote role covers all North American time zones and emphasizes a high-touch candidate experience within a mission-driven organization.

You will guide qualified candidates through the process, advise managers on market trends, and collaborate with vendors to meet hiring needs at scale. A data-driven mindset and familiarity with Workday/Paradox are valued.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Track record navigating obstacles in sourcing and recruiting.
• Ability to quickly get up to speed with Workday and other platforms; Paradox is a differentiator.
• Affinity for data and its application to success.
• Knowledge of the labor market and current trends.
• Desire to learn and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with managers across levels to source exceptional candidates.
• Execute a best-in-class recruitment process and continuously refine it.
• Advise managers on market trends, tactics, and competitive analyses for hiring at scale.
• Find top candidates and ensure a positive, respectful candidate experience.
• Represent the CLEAResult brand in interactions with candidates, vendors, and partners.
• Support Recruiting team members and collaborate with the People Team.
