• Extend job offers, negotiate salary/terms, and perform reference checks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.

Key Responsibilities

• Hiring Process Management: Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, manage candidate communications, and ensure a smooth experience.
• Closing & Offers: Extend job offers, negotiate salary/terms, and perform reference checks.
• Strategy & Partnerships: Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Records Management: Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
