Position: Entry Level Remote Recruiter Opportunity

Previous recruiting experience is not required as we provide proper training, tools, resources, and support to help you reach your earning goals. We also offer ongoing coaching and guidance once you join our team.

This is a commission-driven position with the opportunity to earn between 30-80% of your production.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
• Partner with clients to fill urgent positions
• Connect clients with qualified candidates leading to successful placements
• Use recruiting tools and materials proficiently
• Cold call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews; assist in job offer negotiations
• Conduct reference checks on candidates

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Consistent high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset
• Effective negotiation skills
• A degree is preferred but not required
