Enterprise Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a motivated Recovery Services Sales Specialist to serve as the primary contact for prospective clients and convert qualified leads into signed, Operations-approved client files.

This is a remote, U.S.-based sales role focused on contacting company-provided leads, explaining our recovery services, building trust with potential clients, answering questions, overcoming objections, and converting qualified prospects into signed clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in sales, customer service, or related roles; CRM experience a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass background checks.

Responsabilités

• Contact prospective clients using approved methods to explain recovery services and fees.
• Address questions/objections, obtain signed agreements, collect onboarding docs.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up to maximize conversions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Research, Document, and Claims teams for file handoff.
