Job summary

ESRhealthcare is seeking a Sr. Sales Executive to join a fully remote national sales team. The role targets new client acquisition and growth of the US market, expanding MSP/Direct Hire services to enterprise and mid-market clients nationwide.

You will prospect Fortune 1000 and mid-market firms, manage the sales cycle end-to-end, and develop strong client relationships while attending industry events and conferences.

Qualifications

• Proven success in acquiring new clients in staffing or MSP space.
• 7+ years selling staffing services to mid-market/enterprise customers.
• Experience with MSP, RPO, VMS is a plus.
• Strong relationships with decision makers in tech/finance/engineering.
