Relentless Recovery, Inc is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Client Services Department in a hybrid remote role based in Cleveland, OH. The position emphasizes strong communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation to manage account-related issues and achieve successful vehicle recoveries for our clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Previous experience in repossession/recovery/collections or automotive finance is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Search for and contact customers and clients on a continuous basis.
• Work assigned accounts toward successful resolution and recovery.
• Communicate with customers to obtain vehicles or payments on behalf of our clients.
• Utilize effective negotiation and communication skills to achieve desired results.
• Handle incoming customer service and collection-related inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Identify account issues and determine the appropriate course of action.
• Balance customer service responsibilities with client expectations.
