Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Records & Information Governance Program Manager to coordinate governance initiatives across the client environment and serve as the central hub for project planning, tracking, and communication. The role reports to the National Client Relations Manager and works closely with Records Operations and specialty leads.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple governance initiatives and projects.
• Strong communication and meeting facilitation skills.
• Ability to develop dashboards, status reports, and governance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple Records & Information Governance initiatives concurrently.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestone schedules, and trackers.
• Monitor progress and identify risks to deadlines and deliverables.
• Capture meeting notes, decisions, action items, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain centralized documentation and provide executive-level reporting.
