Job summary

Pavago is seeking a confident, organized Remote Receptionist to support its roofing and custom home services across the United States. You will be the first voice customers hear, handling inquiries by phone, email, and web forms, and scheduling consultations.

In this remote, full-time role, you’ll respond to inbound leads, follow up on prospects, perform cold calling, book appointments, log interactions, and maintain accurate lead records to keep the pipeline healthy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in receptionist, call center, customer service, or inside sales with strong phone component.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls confidently.
• Ability to conduct cold calls with minimal supervision.
• Strong spoken and written English fluency.
• Clear pronunciation and active listening skills.
• Ability to log calls and manage appointments in scheduling/CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Lead Response: handle calls from website submissions and qualify interest.
• Outbound Lead Follow-Up: proactive follow-ups to warm prospects.
• Cold Calling: generate new interest for roofing and home services.
• Appointment Booking: schedule consultations and site visits with teams.
• Call Tracking & Notes: log outcomes and keep lead records up to date.
• Professional Brand Representation: be the first voice customers hear, communicating warmly and professionally.
