You will work across phone, email, CRM, and scheduling platforms, maintaining follow-ups and ensuring a professional prospect experience from first contact to booked meeting.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in appointment setting, inside sales, or sales support.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with CRM platforms Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho.
• Experience with scheduling tools Calendly or Chili Piper.
• Strong calendar and time-zone management skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate conversations with prospects via phone and email.
• Qualify interest and move leads toward scheduled meetings.
• Manage multiple calendars across time zones.
• Log calls, emails, and meeting outcomes in CRM.
• Collaborate with SDR/BDR teams and sales leadership.
• Ensure prospects show up to scheduled meetings.
