Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Clinical Consulting Manager to lead Real-World Data and Evidence initiatives remotely in the United States. You will bridge clinical expertise with data strategy, support business development, and drive codebook construction for analytic datasets.

Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, you will collaborate with biostatisticians, data engineers, and epidemiologists while contributing to thought leadership in RWE and health economics consulting.

Qualifications

• MD or PharmD required.
• 3–5 years of professional consulting experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication for non-clinical audiences.
• Experience with structured project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Asana).
• Comfort with healthcare data concepts (claims, EHR, coding systems).
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams on data pipelines and processing workflows, including AI/ML methods.

Responsibilities

• Translate clinical nuances into consulting deliverables for proposals and client presentations.
• Lead codebook and data dictionary development across claims, EHR, and other real-world data sources.
• QC variable definitions and coding logic in collaboration with biostatisticians and engineers.
• Co-author white papers, blogs, and conference abstracts on RWD/RWE topics.
