Job summary

Curative is hiring a forward deployed software engineer to be the technical owner of our provider network platform—the core system that decides which providers a member can see and what happens when they pay directly. You’ll own data pipelines, matching, and real-time decision logic, working at the intersection of engineering, network operations, and member support.

This is a fully remote role in a fast-growing health tech company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping production software.
• Fluent in Python and TypeScript.
• Strong SQL and data modeling.
• Experience with data-intensive systems and ETL/ELT.
• Knowledge of latency-sensitive, scalable services.
• Experience with AI-assisted tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own provider network platform data pipelines and matching logic.
• Maintain real-time decision paths with low latency.
• Collaborate with network ops, member services, and product teams.
• Build and extend AI agents to streamline workflows.
• Ensure production reliability, testing, and monitoring.
