Job summary

Curative is hiring a forward deployed software engineer to own the provider network platform—deciding which providers a member can see and how payments are processed. You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, network operations, and member support, shipping fixes rapidly and improving data quality, latency, and user experience.

You will build and maintain Python/TypeScript services, scale AI-driven workflows, and partner with product and operations to deliver a trustworthy, real-time

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping production software.
• Fluent in Python and TypeScript; comfortable in large, long-lived services.
• Strong SQL and relational database fundamentals.
• Experience building data-intensive applications with messy third‑party data.
• Production cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or equivalent).
• Comfort with matching or deduplication problems and latency-aware design.
• Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders and write clear prompts/docs.

Responsibilities

• Own full-stack Python and TypeScript services, including ingestion pipelines and internal APIs.
• Manage data pipelines, provenance, and data quality checks.
• Tune matching logic and identity resolution to balance accuracy and coverage.
• Own real-time decision paths with strict latency and reliability targets.
• Extend AI agents and tooling for operational workflows and reviews.
• Collaborate with network ops, member services, and product teams to ship software.
• Own production, deployments, monitoring, and incident response.
