Job summary

Rula is a remote-first company hiring in most U.S. states (except Hawaii). You will validate data pipelines, perform bulk enrollment updates, and maintain reconciliation workflows across 50+ payer networks.

The role emphasizes creating real-time visibility and single sources of truth through thorough documentation and scalable processes. The team values building scalable systems, reducing manual work with automation, and delivering tangible improvements to healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare operations, data management, provider network operations, or credentialing/enrollment support.
• Ability to analyze operational data, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and implement structured solutions using spreadsheets (Excel and/or Google Sheets).
• Experience manipulating, cleaning, and validating large datasets (1,000+ rows) for accuracy and completeness; identify patterns, anomalies, and root causes in structured data.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and communicate progress and blockers clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate operational data and findings into clear summaries for both technical and non-technical audiences.
