Job summary

Blue Peak Ventures Real Estate is seeking a seasoned Transaction Coordinator to own the end-to-end coordination of acquisitions, closings, and dispositions. You will work across title, escrow, and legal teams to move files forward, push for timely answers, and maintain a master schedule for ongoing transactions.

You will partner with attorneys, field resources, and leadership to optimize processes, scale volume, and potentially advance into senior roles as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in title, escrow, and closing operations.
• Experience with investor transactions, foreclosure or default servicing, probate.
• Familiarity with real estate litigation support and complex files.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational path from acquisition to file close-out.
• Coordinate title, escrow, closing, and legal steps across stakeholders.
• Maintain master closing schedule and ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage contracts, payoffs, and lender packages.
• Support process improvements and reporting for ongoing files.
