Job summary

Intapp is seeking an Implementation Consultant to own the client onboarding journey from kickoff through go-live for real estate workflows. You will build relationships with executives and end users while configuring Intapp Properties to reflect each client’s processes.

You’ll lead discovery, data migration, and integration coordination, and deliver training to ensure self-sufficiency at go-live. Remote US NY candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in real estate development / finance, software implementation, solutions consulting, or client onboarding.
• Experience with real estate workflows and SaaS platforms.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall client onboarding journey from kickoff through go-live.
• Own and manage the client relationship with executives and end users.
• Configure the client’s system of record reflecting real estate processes.
• Translate bespoke processes into the platform and document current-state workflows.
• Lead discovery sessions and coordinate data migration and integrations.
• Deliver training and enablement for go-live and post-launch adoption.
