Job summary

Harbor is seeking an Implementation Engineer to join our Enterprise Solutions practice. The Engineer ensures client satisfaction through successful installation of Intapp solutions that will improve the client’s business efficiency and functionality.

This remote position can be located anywhere in the US or Canada. You will lead complex projects, mentor teammates, manage end-to-end implementations, integrations, and the deployment lifecycle while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing software implementation experience in a legal services environment.
• Experience writing Microsoft SQL Server queries and understanding relational database structures.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft SQL scripting language.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and install/implement enterprise solutions.
• Provide leadership to all team members.
• Own end-to-end implementation from scoping to deployment.
• Migrate on-premises solutions to the Cloud using REST and third-party tools.
• Train end users and manage client communications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge and contribute to best practices.
• Deliver integrations and troubleshoot to ensure client satisfaction.
