Job summary

SoftPro, a division of Fidelity National Financial, seeks an Associate Configuration Specialist for the Client Solutions Team. Location options include Raleigh, NC; Irvine, CA; or remote.

You will configure and support the SoftPro Select application for current and future operations, coordinating with Title and Escrow administrations to address global/config changes. The role requires 2+ years in real estate closing/escrow, strong technical skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the real estate closing/title or escrow industry is required.
• Hands-on experience with SoftPro Select application.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% US.

Responsibilities

• Provide setup, configuration, testing and maintenance of the SoftPro Select application for existing and future operations.
• Support operation requests for changes/updates to configuration.
• Provide guidance on operation requests to ensure configuration and corporate standards are met.
• Meet deadlines to ensure deployment into production environments.
• Establish remote sessions to demonstrate the setup/configuration of the system.
• Troubleshoot configuration requests.
• Work with Support Team on ServiceNow ticket escalations.
• Address routine maintenance regarding lookup tables, formulas, templates, etc.
• Coordinate with Title Administration, Escrow Administration, and Divisional/National Accounting on global/config changes.
