Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in real estate industry as escrow/closing specialist, paralegal, or title officer.
• 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide closing and/or title phone support for operations using SoftPro Select and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with balancing HUD/CDF/Commercial orders, reconciliation, and related tasks in Real Estate closing.
• Document calls and resolutions thoroughly and accurately.
• Provide high level of customer service to each customer at all times.
